Founder & Brand Strategist

Sanju has over 22 years of experience in advertising and brand management. His brand management experience began while working at Ray+Keshavan, currently known as Super Union while handling large corporate makeovers of reputed brands like Canara Bank, Trident Hotels, J&K Bank, PunjLlyod, CEAT Tyres, SOMA Infrastructure, Coromandel Fertilizers, Chettinad Cement, ACC, Fair & Lovely and many more. He has proven his ability to set up, implement and manage large-scale projects with his strategic insights by strengthening the value proposition and gaining marketplace success.

He has worked with leading advertising agencies like Hakuhodo, Ogilvy & Mather, Euro RSCG, and Contract Advertising. Sanju was responsible for successful communication rollout for various brands like Toyota, Lexus, Yamaha, Hutch (now Vodafone), Louis Philippe, Carbon Jewelry, Le Meridien, etc. He has executed several advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase brand visibility, brand promotion and build consumer awareness. 

An MBA from Alliance B School, his brand experience spans across sectors like Automobile, Banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real estate, Media, Telecom, Engineering & Construction Services, Healthcare, Cement, Fertiliser, Hospitality, Education and Apparel. He is a member of the McKinsey Quarterly Executive Panel, International Advertising Association, TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Bangalore chapter and BNI (Business Networking International).

Manu B

Brand Strategist

Manu has 10 years of experience in the brand communication industry. After completing his post-graduation in Marketing from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, he worked with Fairfax Media NZ as a Client Servicing Specialist.

He provided media consulting to clients across a variety of industries including legal, hospitality, manufacturing, food and restaurants. He has a proven track record of providing end-to-end services across print and digital to medium scale clients in the international markets. His practical approach ensures a smooth transition from an idea to execution. He has worked with Hakuhodo in launching the luxury car brand Lexus in India and provided strategic consulting and execution to the brand across ATL, Digital, PR and Events. He was also responsible for the complete re-branding and launch of Maruti Suzuki’s pre-owned car brand – True Value.

He has provided strategic solutions and executions at every level to ensure the entire customer journey and experience become unmatched. He has also worked with a mobile app startup, consumer electronic retail chain and a music store retail chain.

Ajai R

Creative Director

Ajai is a gold medalist in BFA from Fine Arts College, Thiruvananthapuram. He has 18 years of experience in brand design. He had a short stint at Microland and Infosys as a web designer and communications designer and was with Icarus design for several years before moving to Whitespace. His portfolio includes some of the best packaging works for Mr. White and Sani Fresh for Henkel, brand identity and packaging for Rasna, Tata Salt, Britannia Cheese, etc. Ajai developed most of the UB brand packaging and identities and carried out some of India’s largest brand packaging revitalization and variant development. 

Ajai has won the best package design category award at Future Group- Business World design brilliance award for ZinZi wine of UB Group.

Aryan S

Client Manager

Aryan is a highly accomplished and driven manager with 5 years of industry experience and a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success.

He first discovered his talent for business expansion during his university days, where he collaborated with various organisations to design effective strategies. Guided by his entrepreneurial spirit, he went on to launch a highly successful cloud kitchen start-up, which he later sold in 2021. Aryan’s expertise in digital marketing, social media campaigns, web design, and development makes him an invaluable asset to WSBC. He takes a data-driven approach to create and executing multiple social media strategies that consistently deliver impressive results.

Aryan’s extensive experience as a Business Development Manager at PressxLinens has also given him a strong foundation in global sourcing and product development. With a specialisation in Marketing from Christ University, Aryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His outstanding ideas for growth and development, combined with his impeccable attention to detail and strong work ethic, make him highly effective.

Dr. Thompson R

His thorough and detailed evaluation of the market, people and process help in developing the right positioning for the brand before we work our magic with the creatives. Dr. Thomason is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Value Builder. He has worked in brand-building processes of Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Software and Consulting firms.

He has been associated with The World Bank, New Delhi as IEG Short Term Consultant in Internal Marketing Research and Analysis and with Ernst & Young Middle East in Corporate Communications, overseeing the creation and implementation of an Internal Branding System for the firm.
